A “complaint” personality. Part 2.
Recently I come across such personality in my circle of friends. So, just identify such character in your group. Although they are not bad people, please refrain from taking these characters into your organisation. These people cannot work with others. Why?
They are unable to share or contribute without complaints. Giving in to an organizational goal is wasteful. They need to be superior – more for them than the good of the organization. They cannot tolerate getting less, worse or weaker than the team. In their vocabulary, there isn’t a word called “sacrifice”. Rather, they cannot be team player. It is either them, or their contribution is indispensable or nothing!
For networking organizations, this type of personality is really a bad apple. It will destroy your organization.
