Why do you say property investors are lazy, not calculative and blur?
Common behaviours of a property investor are that they are lazy, not calculative and blur with their investments.
Most property investors are not so careful with money. If they were to calculate the amount of outgoings like maintenance charges, furnishing the house and cost of renovation, they could have never purchased the property. It is a money losing business! BUT, they still do…
Many of these landlords are also forgetful about collecting rental. Some have rental and bills not paid for few months till the landlord suddenly remembered and call the agent for rescue!
If they were not blur, lazy and only interested in big figures, they would have put money in other types of investments like stock market, mutual fund, etc. If you were to look at land investors. They are only concern about big money. They have no rental income for years (like 20 years!) and they don’t even know where their land is*!
*No offence to the land investors here. I only emphasize that usually land investors are not so concerned about details. Of course, they know the potential development surrounding it and potential value in the future.
