Who are the natives of Sarawak?
Natives of Sarawak are set up in accordance with Interpretation Ordinance 2005. The extract of its Schedule – Section 3 is shown below.
Being a native of Sarawak, you can own land types which are not allowed to be acquired by non-natives. In West Malaysia, this is kind of like “Malay Reserve Land”.
